As recently as Monday, March 17th, 2008, the ABCA told one of its members who called in that the ABCA did not give out
information about its members. This member told the ABCA receptionist that they had given out plenty of information
to her before about the breeder of her dog. She was told that this was the ABCA's CURRENT policy!!

Leona has given out so much UNTRUE information about members, especially in 2007, that she has put a lot of dogs at risk.
She even encouraged people to return their dogs if they had no papers on them.
The ABCA changes its policies daily especially when they think they are going to be sued!!
